Each one of our dumpsters comes along with a weight limit that must not be exceeded, which is why you may want to choose your dumpster based off of the weight limit rather than the actual size of the container. If your location can handle a larger dumpster, it may be best to get that one so you do not have to worry about exceeding your weight limit.

How to Choose the Right Size Dumpster
Some like to say you can never have a large enough dumpster but here at Dayton Waste Disposal we know that’s untrue because we offer 40 yard containers. Our dumpsters come in 5 different sizes, we have 12 yard dumpsters, 15 yard dumpsters, 20 yard dumpsters, 30 yard dumpsters, and 40 yard dumpsters. Our 12 yard dumpsters are the smallest containers we offer and these are perfect for cleaning out your garage or attic. The next size dumpster we offer is the 15 yarder and we usually recommend this size container for a smaller home remodeling or home improvement project.
When you get into our larger 20, 30, and 40 yard dumpsters, you have a lot more room for error. Our 20 yard dumpster is the perfect size container for a large home remodeling project. This dumpster is referred to as a medium sized dumpster in the industry but if you have never rented a dumpster before, you will see it as large. The next size up is the 30 yarder, this dumpster can hold roughly equivalent to 9 pickup truck loads of materials and is great for construction projects. The largest dumpster we offer is the 40 yard dumpster, we recommend this size for large home remodeling projects.
